Exclusive use of a Country House Hotel, whilst unique and grand, would limit numbers you could invite, is also rather expensive.
You must be assured of professional service - you must be assured the Venue will provide YOU with what YOU want. You must establish a relationship with the Manager or Banqueting Manger, once again this will help you to get what you want on this very special day.
You must decide your budget - good food is expensive - staff to serve it cost money sometimes it is better to have a good buffet rather than a sit down 5 course menu which whilst very nice, is not cheap.
Some venues offer Marquees in the garden, some have very spacious function rooms where you can dance the night away. Remember Marquees are an extra cost as the majority of Venues have to hire these.
